Early Childhood Education

Thai Christian School teaches “Montessori based on the Bible” which combines Dr. Montessori’s learning theory with the Bible to instill Christian values and ethics during children’s “Golden Years” (between 2–6 years old). With the goal to give them the right basic life skills, the school emphasizes the individual’s learning process. Students have the freedom to learn with teachers as their guides and advisors so that each student can fully realize their self-worth and that “God loves them”.

Style based on the Montessori method.

At Thai Christian School, the Kindergarten program K.1 – K.3 (age 3 – 6) is designed in accordance with the Montessori-inspired classroom model. Each class accommodates by having a Thai teacher together with a native-speaking teacher, who rotates according to a consistent schedule.

The learning environment allows children to grow alongside peers of different ages, fostering valuable social behaviors such as helpfulness, leadership, and self-confidence, while simultaneously supporting each child in reaching their full individual potential.

Students are immersed in Thai, English, and Chinese through both individual and group learning experiences. A distinctive feature of our program is the Skill Group approach, where students are grouped according to their developmental stage in specific subject areas with children of the same age level learning together.

This tailored structure enables teachers to design lessons that are precisely aligned with each child’s abilities and stage of development, ensuring effective individualized learning while also nurturing a strong sense of community within the classroom.
