Dear Parents,
Attached document: Classroom and Laboratory Layout
Following the previous announcement regarding the renovation of the Carl E. Blanford Building (Notice No. 1) for the upcoming Term 2 of the 2024 academic year, we would like to inform parents and students of the changes to classrooms and laboratories during the renovation period, as outlined below:
- G.1 – G.3 students will be relocated to the 4th floor of the 50 Years Building.
- G.12 students; Art Labs 1 & 2; Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Labs; and the Nurse’s Room will be relocated to the Gym.
- The Dance Room and the Career & Technology Labs will be relocated to the 2nd floor of the 40 Years Building.
- The International Music Room and Band Room will be relocated to the 4th floor of the Multipurpose Building (Green Building).
- The two Computer Rooms will remain on the 3rd floor of the Carl E. Blanford Building, with safety barriers in place.
As for the school’s annual Christmas fair event, due to venue limitations, the event will not be held this year.
During this period of construction, as always, the school prioritizes the safety of students, teachers, and staff. Throughout the construction period, designated construction areas will be clearly separated, and unauthorized individuals will not be allowed to enter the school premises without permission.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely thank all parents for their continued cooperation.
